The Council of Private Higher Education in the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research held its regular session in the edifice of Al-Ameed University this morning, Thursday (7/8/2021), headed by the head of the scientific supervision and evaluation body, Prof. Hussein Ali Hamid and Mr. Director of Scientific Affairs in Private Higher Education, Assistant Professor Dr. Ahmed, as well as the members of the Council from the presidents of universities and deans of colleges and private institutes in Iraq, and the presence of the President of the University of Al-ameed, Prof. Dr. Muayyad Al-Ghazali, the Scientific Assistant, Prof. Dr. Maitham Al-Saadi, and Mr. Administrative Assistant Prof. Dr. Alaa Al-Moussawi and the deans of the university's faculties, as it included discussions on a number of scientific and educational matters related to universities and private colleges in the country.
The meeting, which was held in the Al-ameed University Council Hall, included a discussion of many axes and paragraphs related to the reality of the educational process in private universities and colleges, as well as the e-learning mechanism adopted by those universities during the Corona Virus pandemic, which affected all aspects of public life, including study, in addition to develop scientific research and pay attention to it and strive to achieve advanced ranks in it within the ministerial classifications issued each year
